CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

For your convenience, Diversified Real Property Management now offers an online payment system for tenants who wish to pay their rent online via credit card.  Clicking on the button below will forward you to a secure page that will guide you through charging your rent/lease payments on any credit card of your choice.

To make a payment on your account, first read our Terms Of Use, then enter the amount of your payment and click the "Make A Payment" button below. This authorizes a one-time charge to your credit card for your rent/lease payments or other charges assessed to your account. The application of funds against your account will be in accordance with the OWNERS collection resolution or policy and any management company policy concerning credit card payments.

A variable convenience fee, which is based on your payment amount, will be added to your payment to cover these credit card processing costs. By electing to pay your payment online, you are agreeing to this convenience fee.

Terms Of Use
A convenience fee is charged for on-line credit card payments and payments may take up to 5 business days to be credited to your account.  In order to avoid late fees and interest charges, please budget your time accordingly.  Authorized charges to your credit card account will be processed for the amount indicated above plus the convenience fee.  Payment collected (excluding convenience fees) will then be deposited to your OWNERS designated bank account and will be reported to the OWNER, its managing agent or designated representative in a timely manner.

The service of online credit card payments is available to all tenants and may be used to pay rent, lease payment, fines, repair charges, late fees, etc.  The OWNER, however, reserves the right to refuse payment for any reason.  If an online payment is refused, a reversal of the charge on your credit card will be processed in a timely manner.  If your account is delinquent at the time you process an online payment, our online confirmation of payment does not in any way indicate that your payment has been accepted, that your account has been restored to a current status, or that the OWNER or its managing agent have accepted or are willing to accept less than the full amount due on your delinquent account. If you are located in a jurisdiction where the law provides that the acceptance by the OWNER or its managing agent of less than the full amount due on your delinquent account waives or impairs the right of the OWNER to collect the full amount due or to charge to your delinquent account any costs or fees incurred by the OWNER incident to the collection of your delinquent account, you waive such defense and affirmatively agree that all such collection fees and costs may be charged to your delinquent account and must be paid prior to your delinquent account being returned to a current status.

If, for any reason, the credit card payment received by the OWNER is subsequently reversed and the funds originally received are removed from the account of the OWNER or its managing agent, you hereby agree to pay the OWNERS managing agent  a processing fee of $150 plus all losses, costs, attorneys fees and other fees incurred by the managing agent/OWNER as result of such reversal.
