Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Real Estate in 1975 and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1975. He holds an active, unrestricted Real Estate Brokers license issued by the California State Department of Real Estate, License #00528201. Mr. Paquette is also licensed as a General Contractor - License #704615 through the California State License Board in 1995.
He is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through the National Association of Realtors.
Mr. Paquette has been married for 20 years and has one son. He enjoys traveling with his family and hunting with his Llewellin Setter, Chip.

Originally from the San Francisco area, Bob and his wife relocated to Southern California in 1974. Bob retired from North American Philips in 1994 after 28 years of service in Customer Relations, Service/Parts and as the Western Area Distribution and Facilities Manager.
In 1994 Bob joined Diversified, bringing to the firm his years of experience in customer service, building maintenance and management, logistics and personnel. He has an unrestricted Real Estate Brokers License #01168825 issued in 2001 by the California Department of Real Estate.
Bob has been married for 39 years and has two children and one granddaughter. Bob enjoys playing and composing music in his spare time.
